I think she`s right and her facts seem accurate because there are not a lot of woman at the top. We tend to be more likely to do what we`re told rather then stepping forward and trying to do something on our own because of the way things have been done in the past.
If woman had more leadership roles I honestly don`t think much would change except that the lead may be followed by more gender equality at home as well as in the community in places such as schools.

We have competition?
I don`t think we do because we were gonna try and do it in the school and there is no one else doing this in the school that we know of so we SHOULDN`T have any competition. If we do, it should be easy to beat seeing as how I knew nothing of it.

- What`s a business plan?
- I`m under 18, so I can`t even buy a building, rather then actually build one. How would I build a building for a business?
- Why do you have to register your business?
- Do they loan you the money you`d need to get started?

Smart goal:
~We will ask the school office if we can advertise over the school PA on Wednesday because we need the school PA in order for this to work. The constraints we will have is time because we will be in class and our teachers might not let us out early to go and do this. The goal could be accomplished by asking the office staff about using the PA system, This seems worthwhile because we are providing a good service to the students of this school and we are able to have fun while doing it. This goal will end when we are done talking to the office staff and hopefully have their permission to use the PA system.~

A: From this video, something I can take into thought with my own work is that not everybody thinks the same, because not everybody is the same. Something that is "perfect" to me, could be the worst thing ever to many other people, while I could think the same as them about something they find "perfect". When making/selling products it`s good to remember that not everybody will like it, just because you do, and to find out what other people do like to make a variety and get a larger amount of customers.

Q: What did you learn about team work from the last two assignments? What do you do well as a team member? Why is that important?
A: What I learnt from the last two assignments is that sometimes it`s hard to work with other people, but if everybody works together things do get done better. I do well as a team member because I bring up ideas to try and help, which is important because sometimes they do need help with thinking up ideas and stuff.

A: Convincing speakers vary their speech when they speak for different people by either speaking more casually for teenagers, speaking more professionally for professional people or speaking like they usually would for people in their age group.

Slide 1: IF I had to respond to this slide-the guy on top is an @$$. He should be no better than them, he`s only gonna bring himself down in the end because they`re all on "the same boat." If they sink, so does he.
Slide 2: Forprofit-McDonald`s because they keep all the money, nonprofit-Bill And Melinda Gates Foundation because they donate the profits to charity, notforprofit-SPCA because they use the profits to improve and expand the company and building for their animals.
